How ReviewCrusher charges for its plans, how your free trial works, and how our 30-day money-back guarantee works.
Last updated 22 September 2026The ReviewCrusher Growth Plan costs $59 per month for a single business location, in US dollars.
If you run more than one location, a Multi-Location Plan is available. Its price depends on how many locations you have, and we will confirm it with you in writing before you are charged.
All prices on this page are the prices we charge today. Section 10 explains what happens if a price changes.
New customers receive a 14-day free trial of the Growth Plan. During the trial you have full access to the plan and your subscription charge is $0.
We ask for a payment method when you start the trial. This is so your service continues without interruption if you decide to stay. We do not charge the $59 subscription fee during the trial.
Your trial starts at the moment your payment method is accepted and your trial is activated at the end of signup. It does not start when you view our website, create your account details, or reach the payment page.
The date and time of that successful activation is what we use to work out your trial end date, your first billing date and your guarantee period. You can see all of these dates on your confirmation page and in your account.
The free trial is available once. If you have subscribed to ReviewCrusher before, your subscription begins immediately and the trial does not apply. We will make this clear before you enter your payment details.
If you do nothing, your free trial runs for its full 14 days and your subscription then begins automatically. Your first $59 payment is taken on the day after your trial ends, and you will see that exact date on your confirmation page.
If you cancel at any point before your trial ends, you are not charged the subscription fee at all.
The Growth Plan is a monthly subscription. Once your trial ends, we charge $59 each month to your payment method on the same day of the month, until you cancel.
By entering your payment details and activating your trial, you authorise ReviewCrusher to charge that payment method on this recurring basis. You can withdraw that authorisation at any time by cancelling, as described in section 5.
Your subscription continues automatically. We do not need to ask you again each month.
You can cancel at any time, for any reason. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum contract length.
To cancel, email support@reviewcrusher.ai from the address on your account, or use the cancellation option in your account settings.
We treat a cancellation request as received on the day you send it, not the day we reply to it.
Done-for-You Setup is an optional service in which our team configures ReviewCrusher for you, rather than you configuring it yourself. It covers account and integration setup, message customisation, workflow and automation setup, and team training and launch support.
It is a one-time payment of $99, and it is a service we value at $295. It is never added automatically, and it is never selected for you. You only pay for it if you choose it yourself.
If you choose it, the $99 is charged to your payment method straight away. It is a separate one-time purchase. It does not change your $59 monthly subscription, and it does not change, extend or shorten your free trial.
Your $99 is covered by the money-back guarantee in section 7.
Every new ReviewCrusher customer is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Your guarantee starts at the same moment your free trial is activated, which is when your payment method is accepted at the end of signup. It runs for 30 days from that moment. Because your free trial is 14 days, this means your guarantee continues for around 16 days after your trial has ended and billing has begun.
If you cancel within your 30-day guarantee period, we will refund the ReviewCrusher payments you made during that period. This includes:

Email support@reviewcrusher.ai from the address on your account and tell us you would like to cancel under the guarantee. Your request counts as made on the day you send that email.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method you paid with. We process them as quickly as we can once we have accepted your request. Once we have sent the refund, your bank or card issuer decides how soon it appears on your statement, and that can take a few days.
This guarantee applies once per customer, and is offered in addition to your legal rights rather than in place of them.
Your plan includes an allowance of text message and email credits for sending review requests. If you need more, you can buy additional credits separately. Those purchases are one-time and do not change your monthly subscription.
Credits are used up as you send messages. Credits you have already used cannot be refunded, because the messages have been sent and paid for on your behalf. Credits you have bought but not yet used are refundable within your 30-day guarantee period under section 7.
Unused credits stay on your account while your subscription is active.
If a payment is declined, we will try again over the following days and let you know by email so you have a chance to update your payment method.
If we still cannot take payment after those attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled and your access may be suspended until the payment succeeds. We will always tell you before that happens.
We may change our prices. If we change the price of a plan you are already subscribed to, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.
If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect, as described in section 5.
Prices are shown excluding tax unless we say otherwise. If sales tax, VAT or a similar tax applies to you, it is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
If anything about your billing is unclear, or you think you have been charged in error, email support@reviewcrusher.ai and we will sort it out.
