Challenge and Remove Bad Reviews

The Remove Bad Reviews section helps you deal with unwanted reviews in two ways:

  • follow a guided process to manage or remove reviews on your own
  • pay ReviewCrusher to handle the appeal process for you

From the screenshots, this page focuses on Google Review and also offers a paid service called CrushFix.

Where to find it

Open the left sidebar and go to:

Remove Bad Reviews

What you can do on this page

From this area, you can:

  • open the review removal guidance for Google reviews
  • choose a review to appeal
  • browse existing reviews
  • filter reviews by rating or source
  • open the paid appeal flow
  • complete payment for the appeal service

Main Remove Bad Reviews page

The main page has 2 visible sections.

1. Guided self-service removal section

The first card explains that you can manage or delete your own reviews directly and follow a step-by-step process.

In the screenshot, this card shows:

  • Google Review
  • Google icon on the right

Use See More to open more information about the Google review removal process.

Based on the screenshot, Google is the visible review source shown on this page.

2. ReviewCrusher managed appeal section

The second card is titled:

Want Us to Take Care of It?

This section explains that ReviewCrusher can assist with disputing or removing inaccurate or negative reviews for a fee.

The screenshot shows:

  • $295 / Review
  • Select a Review to Appeal button

It also clearly states:

  • there are no guarantees that reviews will be removed

Use this option if you want ReviewCrusher to handle the challenge process for you instead of doing it yourself.

Start the appeal flow

To begin the paid appeal process, click:

Select a Review to Appeal

This opens the reviews list where you can choose a specific review to challenge.

Reviews page

After opening the appeal flow, the screenshots show a Reviews page.

This page includes:

  • a back button
  • Ratings filter
  • Sources filter
  • a list of review cards
  • Challenge Review buttons

Filter reviews

At the top of the Reviews page, there are two dropdown filters:

  • Ratings
  • Sources

Use these to narrow the list of reviews before selecting one to challenge.

For example, this can help you:

  • focus on lower-rated reviews
  • limit the list to a specific platform

The screenshots show these filters, but they do not show the full dropdown options.

Review cards

Each review appears as a large card with visible details.

From the screenshots, a review card can include:

  • reviewer name
  • star rating
  • review date and time
  • review text
  • owner reply
  • review source icon
  • Challenge Review button

Examples shown in the screenshots include:

  • a reviewer name
  • star icons with a lower rating
  • review text like “Good Experience.”
  • an Owner reply block beneath the review
  • Google icon on the right
  • Challenge Review button

This layout helps you review the full context before starting an appeal.

Owner reply

The screenshots show that review cards can display an Owner response section.

This block includes:

  • label: Owner
  • reply date
  • reply text

This is useful because it lets you see whether the business already responded before deciding to challenge the review.
